Any figure or range shown on this site, or discussed with you by phone before a property review, is a preliminary estimate. It is based on the information available at the time, it can change, and it is not an offer to purchase.

A binding commitment arises only from a written purchase agreement signed by both you and us. Nothing on this website creates one.

What we are

We are a real estate investment company that buys property directly. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not provide listing or brokerage services, and we do not represent you in a transaction. Where we show you what a property might sell for on the open market, that is information to help you compare your options — not a valuation, an appraisal, or a service we are offering to perform.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Selling a property can have consequences in all of those areas, particularly in probate, divorce, bankruptcy or foreclosure. Please take your own professional advice before you decide.

Accuracy

We work from public records, market data and what you tell us, and we try to keep the site accurate. We do not warrant that everything on it is complete or current, and we may change the content at any time.

Your submissions

When you send us property or contact details you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to give it to us — for example, that you own the property or are authorised to act for the owner. Do not submit anyone else's personal information without their knowledge.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gulf Coast Real Estate Cash Buyers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on any estimate given before a signed purchase agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
