Gulf Coast Home Resolutions is the trading name of Gulf Coast Real Estate Cash Buyers LLC. We buy homes on the Gulf Coast directly, with our own funds, and we help sellers understand what they are choosing between before they choose.
What we do
We buy houses. That is the whole business, and we are not shy about it: we buy at a price that lets us repair and resell the property, and that price is below what the open market would eventually pay. That is the deal on offer, and it is a genuinely good deal for a lot of people — the ones who need speed, certainty, or simply to be finished with a property that has become a burden.
What is unusual about us is the second half. Before you accept, we will show you what the house would likely bring listed, and what it would cost you to get there. Sometimes that comparison talks people out of selling to us. We have made our peace with that.
What we are not
We are not real estate agents or brokers. We do not list homes, we do not represent sellers, and we do not take a commission. When we show you a listing estimate it is information to help you decide — not a service we are offering to perform.
We are also not a national lead aggregator. Your details do not get sold on to a list of investors who all call you. They come to us, and we call you.
Where we work
Northwest Florida — Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties, which covers Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Navarre and Cantonment — and Baldwin County, Alabama, including Foley and Orange Beach.
If your property is outside that, we will tell you on the first call rather than take your information and go quiet.
