This policy explains what Gulf Coast Real Estate Cash Buyers LLC (trading as Gulf Coast Home Resolutions, "we") does with information about you that we receive:
- through gulfcoasthomeresolutions.com;
- through InstantCashOfferGenerator.com, a website operated by Instant Cash Offer Generator LLC, which shares the requests made there with us so we can respond to them. That website's own privacy policy also applies to what it collects;
- through our other websites and landing pages, and through forms in our online advertisements, including forms that website, advertising and lead management providers host or process for us. Where one of those pages or forms shows its own privacy notice, that notice also applies to what it collects;
- by phone, by text message, by email, and through our online chat and our automated scheduling assistant.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
- Property details you give us: the address and facts about the property such as size, condition and type.
- Your messages and scheduling details: the texts and emails you send us, the times you choose for a call, and, when you speak with our automated scheduling assistant, a written transcript of what you say. The assistant converts your words to text; it does not make an audio recording of the call.
- How you found us: the website, advertisement or form your request came through, the page you arrived from, and campaign tags in the link you clicked, where present.
- Basic technical data: your IP address and browser type, recorded with your submission for security and fraud prevention.
We do not ask for and do not want your social security number, bank details or account numbers through this website.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the property you asked us about.
- To schedule a call with one of our specialists and remind you of it.
- To research the property and prepare an estimate.
- To keep a record of your consent to be contacted.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Our scheduling assistant is automated. Claire, the assistant that answers our texts and calls, uses artificial intelligence to understand your messages and to book, move or cancel a call with a specialist. It does not make offers or decisions about you. If you ask to speak with a person, we record the request for our team.
Calls and text messages
When you give consent (by ticking a consent box on a form, or by sharing your number after reading our consent statement in a chat), you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone call and text message at the number you gave us about your property, including with automated technology and AI-assisted messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We keep a record of the consent you gave and the words you agreed to.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), and you can ask us to stop calling by telling us on any call or emailing info@gulfcoasthomeresolutions.com. We honour those requests promptly and permanently.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not pass your details to other home buyers or investors.
We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us: the companies that host our systems, websites and forms, pass requests from our forms and advertisements into our records, send our email, carry our phone and text messages, provide calendar scheduling, and provide the AI technology behind our assistant. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
- Closing professionals: if you proceed with a sale, the title company or closing attorney handling it.
- Where the law requires it: in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not share your phone number or consent with anyone for their own marketing.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and access to your information is limited to people who need it to handle your request. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may need them to answer questions about the enquiry and to show that we had your consent to contact you, and then we delete them. Records connected to a completed purchase are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@gulfcoasthomeresolutions.com. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics we will update this policy first and say what it collects.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
